Top up your card with virtual assets

Since this involves transferring virtual assets on a blockchain, network fees (gas fees) are charged depending on the network and the type of token.
When you top up your account by sending funds from an exchange, the transfer will be processed after deducting the amount of tokens specified by the exchange.
When sending funds from a personal wallet, the native token of the respective network is used to cover network fees.
Please make sure you have sufficient native tokens in the wallet you are using to send funds.
A fee set by the card issuer will be charged when you top up your card.
The amount transferred by you, minus the card issuer’s top-up fee, will be credited to the designated card.
The top-up fee varies depending on the type of card you hold, and you can view the fee and the actual top-up amount when entering the amount on the top-up screen.

Until the top-up amount is deposited or the top-up is processed after the deposit, the status will be displayed as “Pending”; once the top-up is complete, the status will change to “Completed.” The time required to process transfers varies by network, and it may take a short while for the card top-up to be processed after the funds are transferred. If the waiting time after the transfer becomes excessively long, please contact an administrator via the “Help” section on the card’s website using the 1:1 inquiry feature.

Manual Top-up Step 9.
If you have any outstanding top-up requests, you cannot submit a new top-up request
To ensure smooth card top-ups and prevent customer errors, we process manual top-up requests and top-ups one at a time.
If you have submitted a manual card top-up request but have not yet paid the top-up amount, you will be restricted from making additional top-ups.
If you access the Top-up screen while a top-up amount remains unpaid, you will be notified that there is a pending top-up.
You can make another top-up only after you have completed the payment and the card has been topped up. If you wish to cancel an existing manual top-up request, please click the [Cancel Pending Order] button to cancel that transaction.
