How do I top up my card?
MOA Card offers two convenient top-up methods. Connected Wallet (MOA Wallet) Simply enter the amount you wish to top up, and your card will be funded instantly using your available wallet balance. External Wallet Create a top-up request first, then transfer the exact amount of digital assets to the provided wallet address. Your card balance will be updated once the blockchain transaction has been confirmed. Please Note - Both Connected Wallet (MOA Wallet) and External Wallet top-ups require blockchain network gas fees. - Make sure you have enough native tokens to pay the required gas fees. - For External Wallet top-ups, the transferred amount must exactly match the requested amount. - Processing time depends on blockchain confirmation.
Are there any top-up fees?
"Yes. A Top-up Fee applies whenever you fund your card. This fee is deducted directly from the top-up amount, and the remaining balance is credited to your card."
Can I cancel a top-up request?
If you haven't transferred your digital assets yet, you may simply create a new top-up request. Once a blockchain transaction has been initiated, it cannot be canceled.
What if my card is lost?
Immediately freeze your card from your Dashboard and contact the MOA Support Team for assistance.
How long does an External Wallet top-up take?
Top-ups are completed after the blockchain transaction has been confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on network congestion.
What if I don't have enough gas fees?
Without sufficient native tokens to pay blockchain network gas fees, your transaction cannot be processed.
